Clarify the use conditions and load requirements

  ● Clean workshop: such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and food industries, stainless steel or polyurethane rubber-coated wheels are required to prevent corrosion, low noise, and easy to clean.

  ● Outdoor heavy load: such as ports and metallurgical industries, high-strength alloy steel wheels are required, which are surface quenched and have impact and wear resistance.

  ● Special working conditions: high temperature resistant bearings, polyurethane rubber coating or customized anti-corrosion coatings can be selected for high temperature and strong corrosion environments.

  ● Calculate the static load and dynamic load of the wheel set according to the maximum working load of the crane. It is usually recommended to select a wheel set with a rated load ≥WLL×1.25~1.5 to ensure safety margin.

  ● Heat treatment process: the wheel diameter surface should be quenched or carburized to improve wear resistance and fatigue resistance.

  ● Processing accuracy: coaxiality, wheel rim roundness and width tolerance are directly related to track wear and walking stability.

  ● Motor and reducer: ensure that the motor power, speed and reduction ratio match; the reducer performance should meet the working conditions of repeated start and stop and high dynamic load.
